What DGSA Jobs does

DGSA Jobs is a UK-focused, free controlled market-validation pilot. It allows organisations to submit a DGSA Request and qualified DGSAs to create a private profile. Administrators manually consider profile and Request information and may decide to make an introduction.

Requests may relate to employment, part-time work, contract or interim work, or an external DGSA appointment. Organisations cannot browse DGSA profiles through the service.

Important limits

DGSA Jobs is an introduction service. It does not guarantee that a DGSA will receive a Request, that an organisation will receive an introduction, or that an introduction will lead to employment, a contract, an appointment or another agreement.

We do not make automated or AI matching decisions and do not provide legal, regulatory, employment, tax, insurance or professional advice. Each DGSA and organisation remains responsible for its own due diligence, qualifications, insurance, legal and regulatory obligations, negotiations and any agreement reached after an introduction.

Accounts and accurate information

Please provide accurate, current information and update it when it changes. DGSAs are responsible for the accuracy of qualification, certificate, experience, availability and preference information. Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of their Requests.

Keep passwords and one-time access links secure. We may pause or close an account, profile or Request where information is materially incomplete, misleading, abusive, unlawful or unsuitable for the pilot.

Private profiles and introductions

We may contact an active DGSA about a selected Request only where the DGSA has given Request-contact permission. A contact from us does not oblige the DGSA to respond, interview, provide services or enter an agreement.

Profile controls and deletion requests

DGSAs can amend, pause or withdraw a profile and Request-contact permission through the profile area. A deletion request withdraws the profile and stops Request contact immediately while we assess and complete the request in line with our Privacy Notice and any lawful retention need.

Emails

We may send operational emails such as verification messages, secure access links, profile-status updates, selected-Request notices, response acknowledgements and consent confirmations. Delivery can be delayed, filtered or unavailable, so users should keep their address current and should not rely solely on email for time-critical decisions.

Fees and pilot availability

There is no charge for DGSAs to join this pilot. The pilot may change, pause or end while we assess market demand. Any future paid service will be optional and subject to separate terms and pricing information.

Availability and liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in operating DGSA Jobs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by a user, a user’s failure to undertake appropriate due diligence, or the availability or timing of a third-party email service.

Privacy, changes and law

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. We may update these Terms as the pilot develops and will take reasonable steps to notify active users where a material change affects their rights or the service. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you.
