Controlled market-validation pilot

Privacy Notice

This working notice explains how [DGSA Jobs operator legal/trading name] uses personal information while testing DGSA Jobs. The final legal/trading name and correspondence address will be inserted before the external pilot begins.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, private DGSA profile and preference details, organisation and Request details, administrator decisions, contact history, consent records, and service responses. We also allow administrators to record manually identified prospects and their source. DGSA profiles are not publicly searchable or republished from a public directory.

How the pilot uses information

We use private DGSA details to manually consider relevant Requests, contact DGSAs who have given Request-contact permission, operate the pilot, maintain audit records, and measure the experiment. Employer details are used to review and respond to a submitted Request. Prospect records are manual operational notes, not a bulk import or automated outreach system.

Your choices

A DGSA can update, pause, or withdraw their profile and contact permission through their profile. You may also request deletion or raise a privacy query at privacy@dgsajobs.co.uk. We will retain only what is necessary for the pilot, legal obligations, and a proportionate audit trail.
